As a Patient Care Coordinator at Smile City Dental, you'll be more than just an administrator. You'll be a pivotal connection between our clinical team and our patients, helping them feel supported and informed throughout their care journey. Schedule: Full-Time
Monday 9-5
Tuesday 10-6
Wednesday 10-6
Thursday 10-6
Friday 9-5
Alternating Saturdays (will have Monday off if working on a Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
Be a Welcoming Presence: Build rapport with patients from the moment they arrive, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.
Financial Clarity: Provide accurate estimates, discuss insurance coverage, and assist with payment options to make treatment accessible.
Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with an eye for efficiency and patient convenience.
Record Management: Keep patient records organized, ensuring they're up-to-date and ready for each step of the care process.
Ongoing Support: Follow up with patients, answer their questions, and provide continued support as they progress through their treatments.
Qualifications:
Experience Matters: At least one year in a dental or healthcare administrative role is an asset!
Empathy & Communication: Bring a caring demeanor and strong communication skills.
Spanish Language: An asset to help our diverse patient base feel truly at home.
Attention to Detail: Organization and precision in everything you do.
