Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
○ Greet and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.
○ Handle walk-in patients and manage appointment schedules.
2. Patient Counseling & Sales:
○ Guide patients about available therapies and treatment plans.
○ Enroll patients for therapy and follow up on rejoining.
○ Handle referral patient enrollments to drive business growth.
3. Patient Records & Reporting:
○ Maintain and update the daily patient visit sheet.
○ Send daily reports on patient visits and remarks via email.
○ Compile a 5-day report every month for management review.
4. Follow-up & Retention:
○ Make 40 follow-up calls daily to potential and existing patients.
○ Persuade old patients to rejoin therapy sessions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
✔ Daily Follow-Ups: Minimum 40 calls per day to prospective or existing patients. ✔ Enrolment Rate: Number of new patients enrolled in therapy. ✔ Patient Retention: Percentage of old patients convinced to rejoin therapy. ✔ Daily Reporting: Timely update and submission of patient visit reports. ✔ Customer Satisfaction: Positive patient feedback and service quality.
