Job Description
ü Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the Patients’ entry into the Clinic, to their exit.
ü Interact with & Counsel Patients.
ü Handle Patient’s grievances/Complaints/Issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
ü Create, Maintain & Update Patient’s Database on a regular basis.
ü Efficient Management of Front Desk.
ü Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
ü Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
ü Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
ü Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling & Cross Selling.
ü Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
ü Responsible for Bill making.
ü Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep the clinic.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
