Notice period - Immediate joining / 15 days
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a warm and caring patient experience while some of responsibilities are illustrated as follows :
• Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
• Interact with & Counsel Patients.
• Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
• Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
• Efficient management of the Front Desk.
• Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE (s) & Accounts Executive(s).
• Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
• Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
Clinic Time:
Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm
Saturday – Sunday 10am to 9pm
1 weekly off between Monday to Friday (fixed off).
