Major Accountability
Administrative support to the Sandoz Portfolio Stewardship Board (SPSB) & Medical Safety Review Board (MSRB) and Leadership Meetings preparation and follow up activities as needed (i.e meeting scheduling, following up on availability of pre-reads, preparation of meeting minutes, tracking of actions, proper archiving of documentation)
• Tracking, following, and ensuring implementation of follow up actions agreed upon in strategic initiatives/forums.
• Ensure any risk/potential delays on tracked issues are escalated in a timely manner by flagging to Director Patient Safety Boards Director
• Ensure that any risks identified through metrics data analysis and reports and are escalated in a timely manner.
• Assist in Patient Safety Communication Strategy (Creation of materials, maintenance & spreading of awareness)
• Maintain & update documentation space for Patient Safety Boards & Patient Safety Leadership Teams & content forums.
• Contribute to process improvement projects in Patient Safety Department
• Support Director Patient Safety Boards in other activities as required.
Role Requirements
• Two years of experience in global company
• Results driven, self-starter with proactive working style, committed and accountable, transparent working style also under pressure.
• Good administrative skills: Excellent planning, organizational and computer skills
• Familiar with SharePoint, Teams functionalities
• Desired: Project Management: Ability to track, follow up and deliver cross divisional initiatives.
