Key Responsibilities:
Design and test garment patterns to ensure quality and production feasibility.
Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings for manufacturing.
Develop standardized procedures for efficient production.
Generate precise patterns based on company and project-specific requirements.
Modify and optimize pattern designs using CAD tools.
Recommend improvements in materials and design based on fit and functionality.
Collaborate with production and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain clear and updated design records and documentation.
Apply expert knowledge in pattern making for women’s fashion and export-quality garments.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women’s fashion.
Prior experience working with Women’s Fashion companies and Export houses is mandatory. Experience limited to local/domestic brands will not be considered.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of women’s garment construction and pattern grading.
Proficient in CAD tool Richpeace software.
Expertise in technical drawings and design development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
