Payment Operations Manager

Learning to code at a young age will inspire more kids, including girls, to take up Computer Science as a major when entering college. Today, schools and traditional education systems are not equipped to provide the right coding education to children. Codingal is here to change that and empower every student with the tools, content, and live coding classes to start learning to code and build anything they can imagine. We are looking for a Payment Operations Manager who is passionate about this role. Role & Responsibilities: -Manage day-to-day operations of all payment gateways: -Onboard and train new Business Development Associates (BDAs) on payment processes: -Assist the Enrolment Team with billing-related issues: -Coordinate with customers to assist them with payment in complex scenarios -Coordinate with payment gateways for issue resolution -Monitor and track all failed payment transactions from new customers -Set up new payment gateways in different geographies Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). -Strong understanding of payment gateways, online payment systems, and related technologies. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payment-related issues promptly. -Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple payment gateways and tasks simultaneously. -Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers. -Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate payment records. -Proficiency in using payment management software and tools. -Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards related to payment processing.
