Your role with us:

Reporting directly to the Payment Operations Team Lead, you will bring your expertise to play a critical role in examining the efficiency and security of Easygo’s online payment platforms. Through building reports, writing reviews, and analysing patterns and trends across our payment systems, your expertise will be essential for Easygo’s long-term future. You will also monitor transactions and make recommendations to the wider Payments & Fraud team to help optimise our payment journey.



The ideal candidate would be someone who showcases the ability to work in a dynamic and adapting environment. If you possess critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, as well as Stakeholder Management/Engagement proficiency, you will thrive in this role as you will communicate regularly with our internal customer support and product teams to review transactional payments and address any issues with our third-party providers.

What you will do:

Payment Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy and speed. Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
Payment Journey Optimisation: Collaborate internally and externally to improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.
Payment Support: Provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues, including transaction disputes, failed or missing payments, and general deposit and withdrawal-related inquiries.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimise payment strategies. Analyse payment success rates, transaction volume, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with third-party payment processors and service providers to resolve issues, and ensure high deposit and withdrawal acceptance rates.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and implement process improvements, both within the team and in collaboration with other departments, to improve payment processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation for payment processing workflows, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures. Train new team members on payment systems and processes.


What you will bring:

Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs
Familiarity with a variety of online payment aggregators, platforms, and gateway services
Ability to strategise and implement payment and fraud systems on a global scale


Bonus points if you also have:

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of online payments and fraud in various regions
Experience in the Payments industry, Gambling industry, E-commerce industry (Global), Online retail (Payments), Fintech or with PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT or a related field
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
