Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 – 8 Areas
• Build world class payments technology team.
• Provide strategic inputs towards Value added services integration, looking at best business outcomes for the bank in terms of reduced lock-in, greater engagement with merchants, cross sell of Bank products to both merchants and customers.
• De-risking strategy and implementation for payment gateway.
• Point person for all Payment solutions technology requirements for the Bank.
• Development of Payments technology blueprint aligned with Payments strategy.
• Develop organization structure and staffing plan.
• Complete staffing and team setup.
• Technical solutioning and implementation of value added services and payments gateway strategy.
• Technical solutioning and implementation of all other requirements in Payments space.
Educational Qualifications
Total Yrs of experience: 20+ years
• B Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT or related discipline preferred.
Skills
• Experienced in payments space in India, having led payment gateway development and value added services development.
• Experience in payment networks - Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI etc.
• Technology and solutioning expertise required, across front end , API development and cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Has built and led technology teams from scratch.
• Ability to engage with Business stakeholders and be a point for solutioning and technology implementation
