In a context of growth and the integration of new entities (TMP, HCC, Honeycomb), BPA is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join its payroll team. Reporting to the Finance Department, the selected candidate will play a key role in processing payroll for various divisions, including both integrated and non-integrated entities.
They will work closely with the Laval team while also interacting with English-speaking divisions. An excellent knowledge of Dayforce is essential, and familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and validate payroll cycles for multiple group entities.
Ensure compliance with provincial and federal payroll and benefits regulations.
Collaborate with managers across entities to ensure smooth payroll operations, even when using different systems (ADP, QuickBooks).
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, with a focus on Dayforce.
Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related matters.
Generate various reports related to payroll, vacation, work hours, and deductions.
Support the team during special projects and internal/external audits.
Your profile
DEC in accounting or administration.
PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation – an asset.
4 to 6 years of overall experience in payroll processing.
1 to 3 years of specific experience with systems such as Dayforce or ADP.
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
