Job Description
The role holder will be accountable and responsible for handling critical HR related People Care interventions in time and office management, payroll management, leave management, preparation of policy and procedures, statutory compliance, employee exit & audits and employee benefits.
Key Deliverables:
·Managing key employee cycle interventions under Onboarding, Time & Attendance Management, Confirmation , Exits
·Calculating /Ensure the calculation of wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
·Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
·Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
·Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
·Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes (Eg: PF, ESI)
·Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management if required.
·Audit readiness at all points in time by way of clear documentation of exceptions / deviations, ensuring they are duly signed off as per authority matrix and easily retrievable.
·Statutory Compliance : Submission of PF claims, Factory’s act/Shops and establishment, ESIC, Employment Exchange, MLWF etc, Factory health check up
·Employee Benefits – LTA, Loan, Mediclaim & Insurance - claim settlement
·Liasoning with Vendors
· Handling Employee Grievances
Key Requirements:
·Individual should have prior experience within payroll
· Good knowledge of employment legislation / Wage Laws & statutory requirements
·Detail oriented, organized and meticulous
·Exposure to handling Payroll and Audits, Employee Benefits, Insurance (Mediclaim & PA), Employee Exit
WORK EXP: 5 - 7 years only
AGE: 30 - 35 years
QUALIFICATION: Post Graduate (MBA HR, Labour Studies)
SKILLS REQUIRED: Analytical Skills, good written and oral skills, multitasking.
