Requirement For Payroll and Compliance Manager
Salary - 7 to 10 lpa
• Payroll Management & accurate salary processing of Employees, with multiple locations. Ensuring smooth payroll functions
• Payroll processing, including statutory with complete payroll accounting and audit.
• Responsible for total payroll & post payroll activities, including monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory returns / reimbursements / retrial benefits.
• Payroll Inputs preparation and review, Final payroll processing with an audit of payroll Input & all payroll output files.
• Bank Reconciliation with monthly pay register amount (each field wise) & headcount with bank upload statements.
• Solving employee's Payroll & Tax related queries.
• Timely review and updating for all payroll related statutory payments and tax reconciliations.
• Ensures compliance with applicable national and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines; ensure related reports are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner. (Deductions & payments for PF, VPF, Income Tax, (TDS) PT, ESIC, LWF (State-wise), Insurance payments, Company loan recovery, employees bank loans instalments, advances, society deduction & related Payments to respective Authorities before due date.
• Arranging to maintain & manage Monthly Payroll Calendar & work accordingly.
• Registration for Professional Tax & LWF code numbers with respective regional authorities.
• Collection attendance data from different Locations Update for Payroll including Leave Register.
• Calculating incentives, reimbursements, bonuses, PLI, shift payments and pay increases as per define policy.
• Yearly Provisions of Gratuity, Bonus, Ex-gratia, Leave Encashment, Reimbursements and Superannuation in books of Accounts. Getting Actuarial Valuation report from Chartered Accountants.
• Managing & Maintaining Pan India Level Provident Fund Claims with pension claims, Death claims, PF transfer & Attending Provident Fund Inspection when a notice for inspection is received from RPFC.
• Preparation & submission of Form 5 & Form 10, IF, Preparation of Form No 3-A, 12-A Register, 6-A annual Return.
• Managing & Maintaining Online ESIC for multi-locations i.e. contribution data posting on the web.
• Maintaining ESIC register such as Form No.7 (Regulation 32), Preparation of online ESIC Challans through ESIC Portal, monthly ESIC payment for all locations, submission of ESIC Half Yearly Returns online. Attending ESIC Inspection when the notice for inspection is received from ESIC.
• Payments for Professionals consultants working for the Organization.
• Full & Final settlement of resigned employees & solve ex-employees related queries. Settlement of gratuity & superannuation claims for eligible resigned employees.
• Bonus provisions, payment & returns of bonus Form 4-D / C.
• Send salary slips to Employees.
• Prepare Full and Final Settlement
• Ensure 100% compliance Pan India.
• Responsible for coordination with the agency for Compliance related matters
• Conduct timely internal and vendor compliance audits
