We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Payroll Executive to join our team. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and complying with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in payroll administration and a strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing the End-to-End payroll.
Processing the PF and PT payments
Filing of PF returns.
Must have experience in accounts payable.
Accounting of payroll, vendor invoices, bank payments.
Must have knowledge on TDS and GST.
Hands-on experience on payroll tools like Keka or Darwin box is an added advantage.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.
Must have requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-3 years in payroll administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll principles, PF and PT, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems. (Keka or Darwin Box)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data privacy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with employees and resolve payroll-related queries.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
