Job Description
• He / she supports in managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
• Implementation of employee benefit policies across the organization & payroll administration
• Managing the employees database - Human Resource Information Systems by entering the New joining
• Employee details in to Payroll, deletion of resigned employee details & making changes as per any transfers.
• Handling comprehensive group insurance benefits for employee’s viz. Medical Insurance, Group Accident & Life Insurance, employee car leasing etc.
• Handling employees’ personal loans, HR advances etc
• Resolving all employee queries related to payroll
• Ensure all salary related Provisions are sent to Finance & also ensuring on –time processing of all claims Ensure compliance in Income Tax, Professional Tax etc
• Handling Full & Final Settlement.
• Bank letter Preparation.
• Facilitating payroll audit
