We are seeking an experienced Payroll Expert to join our team and efficiently manage payroll operations for 3000+ blue-collar employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale payroll processes and resolving complex payroll-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 3000+ blue-collar employees.
-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
-Identify and resolve complex payroll issues to ensure smooth operations.
-Collaborate with HR and accounts teams to streamline payroll processes.
-Work on HRMS software for accurate payroll processing and reporting.
-Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an HR consultancy.
-Expertise in handling HRMS software and managing large payroll systems.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage payroll complexities.
-In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
