In this role you will,
• Assist in payroll operations and ensure an accurate and timely payroll close.
• Should have good knowledge of the payroll related taxes for monthly payroll review and tax filings.
• Coordinate payroll activities related to monthly variance analysis, account reconciliation.
• Responsible for providing necessary information for internal and external audits.
• Should have good knowledge of accounting and reconciliations.
• Assist in the completion of payroll budgets
• Assist HR and Accounting as required
Successful applicant will have:
• Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Human Resources or similar field required
• 4-5 years’ experience managing HR/Payroll functions
• Extensive knowledge of local labor and tax laws related to payroll
• Excellent communication - both written and verbally in English and local languages.
• Attention to details
• Problem solving and good analytical skills
