Job Description
v India Payroll
Preparation of Monthly financial budget and send to corporate team.
o End to end Payroll system Handling – coordination with Payroll vendor, employees, Business heads & Corporate finance team
o Handling Payroll operations – responsible for - Inputs provided to Payroll vendor.
o MIS - Payroll reports / dashboards – review and report submission to all BU’s
o Working and maintaining Variable payments
o Management of attendance (Portico) & leave management system (Workday) & ensuring employee records are updated on the payroll cutoff date.
o Generation and maintaining Payroll data and payroll systems - Old referral, OT/ ETA – monthly data
v India Compliance
o Responsible for all the compliance and labor reports; Yearly compliance completion checking with Portico & finance. - Statutory remittances (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, to meet 100% compliance.
v India Benefits
o Responsible for managing the entire process of all benefits & programs for employees in India; Including GPA, GMC, GTLI, EAP, Life Style reward, Snappy Birthday gift, Computer Purchase program, etc.
o Managing the relationship with the Broker including communication with vendor for planning, policy implementation, annual renewals, approval process, scheduling session query, sending intimation emails, etc.
o Supporting with any data or information needed
o Handling portals
o End to End supporting employee for insurance.
o Monthly enrolments / new endorsements
o Communication to all employees on benefits, new updates, changes, enrolments etc.
o EX employee verification on request- Providing ex-employee details on verifications request
