Job Description
Treasury Head - AVP
1. Raising funds from Bank for working capital/term loan
2. Preparing end to end proposal
3. Maintaining relationship with existing banks at GM credit level ( PSU)
4. FEMA n RBI compliance regarding ODI investment
5. CMA finalization
6. Adherence to Bank covenants ; Zero non compliance
7. Ensuring working capital loans are within drawing power.
8. Submission of accurate drawing power statement
+. Letter of credit utilization and smoothing of its issuance
10. Daily cash flow / quarterly cash flow working together with CFO
11. Working with Credit rating agency for rating improvements
12. Handling Bank audit / plant visit with banker
13. Ensuring minimum cost / finance charges
14. Timely bank reconciliation and account closing
15. Collateral n timely joint documentation required by banker
16. Monitoring fund & non fund utilization on daily basis
17. Automation of treasury module
- Manufacturing with intensive working capital management (will be required to manage 400cr so relevant experience accordingly)
- Communication needs to be strong
