Position: Pedagogy Expert in Early Childhood Learning
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
We are hiring a professional with expertise and hands-on experience in teaching, curriculum and pedagogy development in early childhood years. The candidate will be contributing significantly to building world-class personalized early childhood online learning product.
Responsibilities and Duties:
➢ Developing academically accurate and pedagogically sound content for our early childhood learning product. ➢ Developing and implementing a plan of activities to align the product to pedagogies used across curricula.
➢ Consulting on course design, assignment design, lesson plans, worksheets/ exercises, pre-class planning, classroom observation for teachers, integration of student responses in an online learning management system etc.
➢ Analyzing various government guidelines regarding early childhood learning and suggesting measures towards the implementation of the same in the product.
➢ Designing a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework to create embedded impact indicators in product design.
➢ Collaborating with teams and individual subject matter experts to improve their pedagogical approaches and practices for online learning product.
➢ Work with management to understand their point of view or concerns and work towards the reflection of the same in the learning solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 10-12 years of hands-on experience in teaching particular subject content for early childhood years (pre-primary to grade 5) with additional experience in coordination activities for teaching-learning.
2. Experience in practicing different pedagogies and technology in early education. Embibe: AI Powered Personalized Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 1
3. Research contributions to child learning pedagogy are preferred.
4. Knowledge and understanding of FLN and ECCE as described in NEP 2020/FLN Mission.
Qualifications: Masters/Ph.D. in Education from a top global Institute or have completed B.Ed.
