Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Active CPA certification
Experience as a Peer Reviewer at a CPA firm or 5+ years of recent public accounting firm audit supervisor, manager, or higher experience with interest in becoming a Peer Reviewer
Experience with ERISA and yellow book regulations
Willingness to travel to complete onsite reviews for clients when needed
Qualified candidates will then complete a phone screen with HR, followed by an interview with the MBE accounting team

Completing peer reviews by analyzing client firms' records, processes, and client engagements to identify potential issues and performing research to present proposed solutions
Communicating and meeting with firms regarding findings and providing recommendations to assist firms in implementing best practices

Peer Reviewers Execute Peer Reviews Of CPA Firms To Monitor a CPA Firm's Accounting And Auditing Practice To Promote Quality In The Accounting And Auditing Services Provided By The Firms. Both System Reviews That Focus On a Firm's System Of Quality Control And Engagement Reviews That Focus On Work Performed On Particular Selected Engagements Will Be Performed. Tasks Include

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA certification.
