Job Description
Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from Inception
• Must have experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework
• Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions
• Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective
• Robust experience in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)
• Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions
• Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g. architecture reviews)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate, mentor and lead other team members
• Need to possess excellent skills to Identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client Business processes
