We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive People Advisor to join our People and Safety Team.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategies with business priorities. Working closely with Leaders and Team Members across all functions, you will provide operational and tactical input, insight, and advice to enhance business performance and help achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a safety-first culture, prioritize health, safety, and well-being in all initiatives, and support business targets and compliance.
Drive best practices in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Guide managers through performance, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
Support survey implementation and action-planning.
Deliver value-added support to internal partners and external providers.
Oversee employee life-cycle processes, ensure compliance with business standards, and provide training as needed.
Support organisation structure and design initiatives.
Support company initiatives on sustainability and community engagement.
Implement key people projects to enhance capability or improve processes.
About you:

2-3 years of HR experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG with exposure to performance management, IR/ER, and Workplace Health and Safety.
Degree or equivalent in business or related discipline. Specialisation in HR or Industrial Relations is a plus.
Excellent communication, strong analytical abilities, and commercial acumen. Familiarity with Qualtrics and engagement survey management is preferred.
Innovative, resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
