Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR reporting, Excel, and advanced Excel. This role requires experience in managing tickets and day-to-day activities, along with a solid understanding of HR reports to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate data from various sources for seamless reporting.
• Use advanced Excel functions to create insights for employee and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful HR solutions.
• Support day-to-day standard and ad-hoc HR reports to stakeholders globally.
• Manage and resolve tickets related to HR reporting.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Workday reports
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR reporting and advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in managing tickets and day-to-day activities.
• Experience in core HR reports is a must.
