An opportunity has become available to join our National People Services Advisory team in a key role as People & Culture Advisor. In this varied role you will understand how employees make a difference to an organisation, including the effects that employment, engagement, retention, development, and industrial legislation to achieving operational objectives. This role can be based in Brisbane or Perth.
What you'll bring
Qualifications in Human Resources along with previous experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial sectors (desirable)
Exposure and understanding in the areas of Workforce Relations/IR legislation, Performance Management and Succession Planning
Experienced in managing and supporting the delivery of HR strategies, policies and procedures
Ability to proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders with a true understanding of the client requirements.
High level organisational skills including the proven capacity to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
