Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people matters, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations.
Work closely with leaders across geographies to analyze, anticipate and outline present and future organizational structures and capabilities.
Lead recruitment strategy and develop relevant tools and programmes to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
Lead HR practices on talent management, resource planning and leadership development to close gaps on organisation capabilities and sustain a sufficient talent pipeline to achieve business goals and further enhance long-term competitive advantage.
Drive the people processes (performance, development, talent, and career) in collaboration with global People Partners.
Drive engagement survey, analysis, planning and action plans with leaders.
Drive employee engagement for the organization through HR processes, initiatives, employee connects, managing R&R, monthly townhalls, etc.
Ensure planning and execution of global People initiatives on DEI, learning and development, and global strategic projects.
Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities including payroll, HR compliances, FTE reporting, HR contracts, employee handbooks, annual budgeting, HR dashboards, etc in an effective and efficient manner.
Manage the people responsibilities of the local HR/People team in India.
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives thus enhancing overall business performance.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Human Resources Management from a reputed college and 7 to + years of work experience in HR post MBA, primarily in HR Generalist roles.
The candidate should have experience in working in global organizations with complex and matrix organization structures and managing stakeholders across geographies.
Additionally, the incumbent is expected to have solid understanding of HR fundamentals – recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee relations, HR Operations, as well as local labour laws and experience in driving them.
High energy with strong desire to achieve results, proven capabilities of multi-tasking in different projects, as well as working with an open and cross-cultural mind is essential.
Since the role requires strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests, good coaching and facilitation skills are critical.
Experience in team management is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a key requirement
