What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive HR advisory services, including advice on policy development, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture
Conducting HR audits and making recommendations to improve HR practices and compliance
Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their unique HR challenges and develop tailored solutions
Maintaining accurate documentation and HR records while ensuring confidentiality
Staying up-to-date with employment legislation and best practices in human resources
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
Proven experience in HR program and policy development
Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Based on the organisation's operation the role is mainly office based or on-site.
