Job Description
As the People & Culture Advisor you will play a pivotal in supporting the People & Culture functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and support on a range of HR issues, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and policy interpretation.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
Support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on best practices and development plans.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance organisational culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
Ensure HR practices are compliant with current legislation and company policies.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar People & Culture role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and current employment laws.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
