The People and Culture Manager will assist leadership with managing the human resources functions of Rostrevor College and offering excellent support to staff. The People and Culture Manager will deliver efficient strategic and operational Human Resources activities including recruitment, employment and onboarding, industrial relation services, professional reviews, professional development, HR advice and matters, and performance management.
