As a People Experience and Capability Specialist, youll play a hands-on role in designing and delivering leadership development experiences that truly make a difference. This role is all about creating practical, engaging learning for established managers and team leaders, helping them grow their confidence, capability and impact. Youll work closely with leaders across the business, bringing learning to life through smart design, strong facilitation and thoughtful delivery. This is a 12-month max-term contract role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
Design and build leadership development programs for managers and team leaders, focused on practical capability uplift and real-world application.
Create engaging learning content using digital tools, with a strong emphasis on Articulate 360 and blended learning approaches.
Facilitate leadership programs and learning sessions, both virtually and face to face, bringing energy, clarity and confidence to delivery.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand capability needs and shape fit for purpose learning solutions.
Adapt and continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, business priorities and learner experience.
Support smaller learning projects, reporting and continuous improvement activities alongside core leadership development work.
What You'll Bring
Experience designing and delivering leadership or learning programs, ideally for established managers or team leaders.
Confidence building digital learning content, with strong capability in Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
Experience facilitating learning sessions and engaging groups with different leadership styles and experience levels.
Understanding of learning design principles and how to build effective, practical learning solutions.
Awareness of digital learning platforms and modern learning delivery approaches.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
