As Senior Communications Manager, you will spearhead the design and execution of the internal communications strategy for KPMG People & Inclusion, while enhancing our reputation and brand as a leading professional services firm.
You will be a fantastic writer, who can develop and deliver strategic communications plans that bring to life our employee value proposition, and market-leading people and culture initiatives. Creating inspiring content that helps attract and retain talent will come naturally to you, as well profiling our people and policies with flair.
Your opportunity
In this role, you will support, develop, and execute strategic communications plans for People & Inclusion aligned to the firm’s overarching strategy. You will:
Build and execute the internal and external communication plans to drive KPMG’s People & Inclusion strategy.
Work with the broader Corporate Affairs team, which includes the Media, Government Relations, and Internal news teams to ensure cross communication and alignment with the firmwide strategy.
Support the People & Inclusion (P&I) National Managing Partner and leadership team to proactively promote the firm’s people and culture initiatives.
What we are looking for
Senior manager experience in internal communications, employee engagement and/or people and culture communication.
Successful track record working in a large, matrix organisational environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong writing, strategic and listening skills, including being able to translate complex information into easily digestible content.
A thirst to learn and develop a broad knowledge of our business.
Interest in news and current affairs.
Flexible and able to manage tight deadlines, while juggling multiple tasks at once.
Collaborative approach to working in a fast-moving and interactive team.
Passionate about creating an inclusive, people-centred culture.
Qualifications
Strong educational background or qualifications in communication, business, or a related field.
