Role And Responsibilities
As the People Officer, you will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives that support the growth, engagement, and well-being of the employees. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a positive workplace culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Employee Engagement and Development:
• Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to support career growth.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
• Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
• Employee Relations and Communications:
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns and grievances.
• Foster positive employee relations and a culture of open communication.
• Benefits and Compensation:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Manage payroll processes and address payroll-related inquiries.
Candidate Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources management as a generalist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
