As part of this role in the People Ops and HR team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse HR subjects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and energetic team.
About the role:
• Manage employee contract signing, including preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR documents.
• Assist in the onboarding & offboarding of Fleet Studio, ensuring a smooth and timely process
• Manage HR Data and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage pay plan and benefits program.
• Keep a track of employee attendance, and leave records and ensure employees comply with the usage of the tools recommended at Fleet
• Support the team on employee engagement activities, planning and executing events, which includes engagement surveys
• Build marketing content for culture-building and engagement
• Work toward employer branding.
• Learning and understanding the benefits policies, and providing support, answering employees' queries.
• Assisting in the resolution of employee issues, such as conflicts, and grievances, and ensuring that they are handled in a fair and timely manner.
• Oversee the overall employee PMS and Keep a complete record and a timely track of goal setting, review, and appraisals.
• Assist in payroll management and compliance.
• Assist in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors, and Finance liaison for invoices
• Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience
• Analyzing and assessing the current engagement efforts and gaps
• Provide information and insights on various aspects of human resources within the organization like headcount reports (employee addition/attrition), attendance, performance report, etc., to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis
• Bring energy and fun to space
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
• Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR-related software like Zoho People, Zoho payroll
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, written and verbal communication, and the ability to empathize with others
• Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritize your workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Great at getting things done timely & accurately
• Open to learning new skills and technologies and be willing to adjust your approach as needed
• Can work well in a team and be willing to help out wherever needed
