Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding/offboarding, new hire coordination, exit interviews for India employee
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the P&C department and organization, and to improve employee experience
• Ensure legal compliance with India labor law regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
• Work on Ad hoc projects
• Empowered to resolve employee inquires accurately and effectively.
• Provide day to day support to Bayzat team members remotely and physically in the India office and ensure positive employee experience
• Prepare necessary reports and schedules, issue HR related letters and certificates
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are onboarded successfully
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, tracking vacation/sick pay, inputting exceptions, employee validations, benefit changes and end of service for India Team
• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers in India
• Upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
• Support India team members and handle all office administrative job-related task, including managing IT assets and coordinating with the IT team for future hires or employee exits
• Support coordinating company events and engagements activity
• Coordinate and help global P&C team to improve employee experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Over 2-5 years of experience in different HR functions particularly in operations, people management, performance management, compensation and organizational design and effectiveness
