Job Description
The Team: The People Partner India team supports all businesses units and divisions in India. This range from our Commercial business, Global Drug Development; Manufacturing & Supply, Technology & Business Services to Global Corporate Functions. We have ~+000 associates who we support through the team.
Key stakeholders: would be the business (leader/ manager/ associates), 4 business partners and HR CoEs
Team structure: Role is an Individual Contributor who reports into one of the People Partner Team lead who reports into the People Partner Head for India.
Role Expectations:
• Deliver on consistent employee experience
• Adept at HR business advisory and coaches managers on critical & difficult conversations
• Coach / support Leadership team, people managers, associates
• Focusing on Immediate to short/mid-term business priorities( drive interventions on attrition , retention aspects )
• Advise business stakeholders on P&O policies and guidelines
• Investigate employee relations and ethics cases
• Provision of operational / workforce admin: e.g. technology, reporting, data mgmt., knowledge mgmt., audit / compliance
• Handling employee life cycle events from Hire to retire; except those managed via Talent Acquisition and HR Operations CoEs
• Provide support to managers on and drive people manager forums
• Collaborate with COE functions on matters of performance management ( salary review and incentive planning cycles, understands benchmarking activities), hiring & DEI needs(international assignments, understanding of mobility matters)
• Good with excel, powerpoint, able to interpret data and generate insights (Data analytics / Dashboard / Story Boarding )
• Able to navigate complexity and ambiguous situation
• Preferred Experience :
• managed change and lead transformation projects
• fair understanding on HCM workday or technology platforms
