About R.O.B.O.
R.O.B.O. (Robotics Operations & Business Oversight) supports warehouse automation and robotics programs by providing field operations and technical workforce support for automation OEMs, integrators, and end customers across the U.S. We work in real operating sites — during installations, commissioning, and ongoing support — where execution and coordination matter.
Role Summary
The People & Partnerships Coordinator supports hiring operations, employee support coordination, and local relationship engagement. This role serves as a central point of coordination for employee inquiries and internal processes, while also supporting talent pipeline activities and external engagement initiatives. The position works closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure a consistent, responsive experience for both employees and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Talent Coordination
Manage job postings and inbound applications
Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare and issue offer letters using established templates
Support internal hiring documentation and coordination
Employee Support & Internal Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and coordination
Support employees with internal processes related to travel, payroll, and expense reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve routine employee requests
Route inquiries to appropriate internal owners and maintain timely follow-up
Maintain accurate communication and status updates with leadership
Partnerships & Local Engagement
Participate in approved local industry and networking events on behalf of the company
Build and maintain professional relationships with local industry contacts, partners, and community members
Act as a company representative in conversations with potential partners.
Capture follow-ups, contacts, and discussion notes and coordinate next steps internally
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and reliability
Comfortable engaging with employees and external contacts in professional settings
Preferred Experience
Experience in coordination, recruiting operations, staffing, or business operations support
Experience supporting distributed or field-based teams
Experience participating in professional events, meetups, or networking activities on behalf of an organization
Familiarity with recruiting platforms and professional networking tools
Work Arrangement
Atlanta, GA (Remote. Occasional local event attendance required)
Part-time to start, with opportunity to expand to full-time based on business needs
Occasional local travel for meetings and events
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
