What you'll do
As the People Services Senior Advisor, you will manage daily HR operations, ensuring policies are implemented and compliance is maintained. You will provide expert advice and coaching to managers and HR team members on HR policies, processes, and programs. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivering general HR support within the People Services function, serving as the Tier 2 contact for providing professional advice and assistance on various activities and programs.
Managing and overseeing one or more service lines or country/market areas, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services and support.
Working independently on day-to-day tasks, escalating only the most complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
Providing specialized assistance to employees, managers, and HR colleagues (both centralized and offshore) with complex data transactions and queries.
Partnering with HR Business Partners to aid business leaders and line managers in annual people processes, aligning with business priorities, and meeting local needs while adhering to global standards.
Assisting in implementing business changes by following strategic guidance and direction from HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Reviewing HR policies and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness.
Helping deliver training for local teams, ensuring they understand and can effectively use HR systems and processes.
Promoting and driving adoption of the Operating Model among managers and employees, coaching them to use the appropriate HR channels and receive the necessary support.
Essential for the role
Proven background in handling a variety of HR functions and responsibilities.
Great communication skills; approachable and collaborative.
Capability to influence leaders and act as a trusted advisor with confidence.
Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong ability to work effectively with large teams.
Desirable for the role
Hold a CIPD qualification.
Possess a degree in HR or a related business field.
Demonstrate strong commercial understanding and graduate-level capabilities.
Have experience working in a multinational organization.
