Your Role

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? As part of our Group, People, Performance, and Reputation division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IAG's People Systems.

In this exciting position, you'll be the driving force behind the prioritization and management of our Payroll backlog. Acting as the crucial link between our product and technology teams, you'll ensure seamless collaboration and execution of key initiatives. You'll delve into data, customer feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business improvement and innovation. But that's not all! You'll also take charge of implementing system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and new features for SAP Payroll. Your keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities will help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced and influential leader in Business Continuity. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management. Ideally, you’ll have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience with HR systems, including implementation of HR and/or Payroll systems.
Strong understanding of HRIS/people systems' impact on HR service delivery in a business environment.
Proven platform management experience in large People & Culture functions, handling BAU learning, transformational change programs, and large system/IT implementations.
Expertise in consulting on HRIS solutions within large project environments, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and lead cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors (Employee Central), ServiceNow, system upgrades, and UAT, with qualifications in Human Resource Management/Information Technology.
