We are hiring a People & Talent Associate with 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, ideally in a D2C startup or agency setup.
This is a junior–mid level role, perfect for someone who has worked as an HR Executive/Recruiter and now wants more ownership across hiring, people operations, and basic HR systems.
• Talent Sourcing & Hiring: Source candidates for roles like Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Photographer/Cinematographer, Performance Media Buyer, Marketplace Manager, Calling/Operations roles, etc.
• HR & People Operations: Help with offer letters, basic HR documentation, onboarding checklists, and joining formalities.
• & Employer Branding: Maintain and grow the DIRTS Company Page.
You'll be responsible for owning these tasks and using tools like ClickUp and Slack to track progress and communicate with the team.
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, who is comfortable with on-site work in Sector 63, Noida, and enjoys talking to people, understanding roles, and matching the right candidates.
