Job description, work day and responsibilities
Role: Performance marketing + SEO Experience: upto 3 year Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEM, email, social media, and display ads. Manage and optimize key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPC, CPA, etc.). Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and improve conversion rates and user funnels. Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user experience optimization. Oversee campaign budgets for maximum effectiveness. Coordinate with content and creative teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party platforms. Perform market research and stay updated on trends, tools, and competitor activity. Ensure quality lead generation aligned with sales goals. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other teams to meet business objectives. Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
