Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across X (Twitter), Meta, Google and other relevant channels.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies.
Leverage programmatic and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency.
Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches
Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to drive customer acquisition.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce).
Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Programmatic channels etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Good communication and data analytical skills.
