Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketer at Srujan Digital. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for competition analysis, campaign strategy, creating campaigns on near, meta, linkedin and other options, reviewing performance and getting the desired results for our clients.
The role is based in Pune.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience of 2-3 years in Performance marketing with a good track record
Knowledge of marketing strategy and customer service
Experience with e-commerce revenue growth
Proficiency in Google Analytics and paid search advertising
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
Experience in content strategy and development
Knowledge of social media and community development
Ability to think creatively and use growth hacking techniques
At least a bachelor's degree ideally in Marketing, Business, or related field
Ability to work and deliver results in a team
