Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an expert in Google Ads, Programmatic, and Paid Search to join our team as a Performance Marketing Analyst. You will guide clients and our team by analyzing historical data, identifying big-picture trends and opportunities, and using that data to build paid search strategies. As our Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed within strict timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize media buying across social platforms to achieve client goals.
- Create forecasts and report on trends and opportunities for scale.
- Lead paid search accounts, focusing on Google Ads and Programmatic.
- Provide regular feedback on ad account performance and lead internal strategy discussions.
- Communicate effectively with clients through email, Slack, and Google Meet.
- Deploy, optimize, and report on changes made to ad accounts.
- Brainstorm big ideas and campaigns in partnership with the Paid Growth team.
- Report on key wins, misses, and areas of opportunity.
- Brief and order creative content from our in-house teams.
- Research keywords and overall search trends related to clients.
- Show up every day with the mission of growing and serving your clients and teammates.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in media buying and paid search.
- Expertise in Meta, Google Ads and Programmatic.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with Shopify brands is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns with substantial monthly budgets.
- Data-driven with a focus on consumer insights to drive growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
