Job Description
• As an analyst in the performance marketing team, you'll be expected to support the current team in their day to day tasks and eventually transition to full ownership of certain aspects of the team's work.
• Handling portions of the digital marketing budget and spending it on channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc with a ROI focused approach
• Work closely with the product, ops & creative teams to drive initiatives.
• Keep a close eye on key KPIs and work in tandem with the team to move them in the right direction.
• You will be the focal point of three threads - creatives, analytics and performance marketing.
Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications
• 0-2 years in an analytical business facing role (preferably in a tech start-up)
• Hands on experience with SQL + MS Excel (good to have).
• Mathematically very sound, should be able to to think in a structured manner and focus on probabilistically arriving at conclusions.
• Quick learner with a drive to go deep within things. The role has a very steep learning curve.
The role is ideal for someone who has prior experience in analytical roles in tech start-ups & is looking to transition to marketing above and beyond just analytics
