As a performance marketing consultant, you are an experienced professional in data-driven marketing and web analytics, and have a growth hacking mindset. You are analytical and like to solve problems. You know how to derive business insights from complex data. You follow the latest trends in digital marketing and data analytics, and have hands-on experience in the field.
Codeword is looking for an extraordinary performance marketer to help drive new user growth through Paid Media Channels. As a member of the Acquisition Team, you’ll be responsible for helping build and manage campaigns across a variety of digital channels, working with cross functional teams to support Codeword's core SaaS business, Fashion E-commerce clients, and FMCG products.
Skills and experience we expect you to have:
• Analytical mindset, ability to see what's outside of the box
• Ability to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities, and create an actionable plan for solving them
• Interest towards web technologies and understanding also the technical side of tools
Hands-on experience in both:
• Web Analytics and communicating data insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or Tableau)
• Digital marketing and customer acquisition (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
Additional hands-on experience in some of the following a plus:
• SEO, content and technical
• Tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
• CRO
• A/B testing
• Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Exponea/Bloomreach, Customer.io) will be a plus.
• CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics) will be a plus
