● Strategy Development: Assist in defining and implementing performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
● Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns for better performance, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
● Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
● Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and optimal campaign performance.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and achieve company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience: 1-2 years in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
● Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
