Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive impactful marketing campaigns, optimize digital channels, and deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design high-performing ad creatives.
Digital Marketing
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media channels.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize for user experience and conversions.
• Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing and managing digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant or FMCG marketing is a plus.
