Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Generate leads for international holidays, honeymoon packages, and customized tours.
Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement remarketing strategies to improve conversions.
Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and ad dashboards.
Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience in lead generation campaigns.
Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
