Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency in performance marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in performance marketing or digital marketing are a plus
