Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and monitor in-app performance campaigns on Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit.
• Support in keyword research, bid adjustments, and campaign optimization to improve ROI.
• Track daily campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and share performance reports.
• Assist in setting up search ads, banner ads, and promotional placements within quick commerce apps.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams to align discounts, offers, and campaigns.
• Conduct basic A/B tests on creatives and targeting to identify what performs best.
• Keep an eye on platform trends and suggest improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (experience with Q-commerce or e-commerce preferred).
• Basic understanding of ROAS, CPC, CTR, and keyword bidding models.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
