Requirements: - Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and ROI improvement. - Proficiency in using performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
